Then you come back home and meditate and watch a podcast while eating a salad.
You’re feeling good after making all these changes in your diet and schedule.
The next day you do the same thing successfully.
The entire week goes well.
On Jan 8th or Jan 10th, or 12th, you lose the mood.
Everything is starting to feel difficult. It’s not fun any more.
You don’t want to get up in the morning. You’re tired.
Going to the gym feels like too much work.
You tell yourself you will go to the gym tomorrow (but feel guilty for not going to the gym).
Then, you sit and listen to another podcast.
