HOW TO READ THIS BOOK?

This book is divided into three parts:

  • First, I talk about improving your mental and emotional fitness.

  • Then, I talk about nutrition and how to bring balance into your body.

  • Lastly, there are some formulas, which include small but significant lifestyle changes.

So, this book does not just focus on nutrition or exercise, but it also takes care of all the pillars of life, including your emotions, sleep patterns, and surroundings.

HOW TO READ?

I would suggest you to go slow. You might feel tempted to finish a few chapters in one day. However, the best way to get out of the book is this:

  • Read one chapter per day. That will be one formula a day.

  • Practise that formula during the next 24 hours.

  • When you read the second formula, follow that along with the first one.

  • With every new formula you read, you will add that to the previous formulas. So this will lead to a cumulative effect.

  • When you come to the last formula, i.e. the 29th chapter, you will already be following the previous 28 formulas.

This might seem not-so-easy in the beginning. But, believe me, I have practised the formulas on myself first and then with my clients. This works! It is magical. Plus, the best part is it's easy. One formula a day is not a lot for your mind or body.
